FUNCTION:

The Customer Experience (CX) Analyst will be a member of the Alberta Blue Cross Marketing team. Reporting to the Customer Experience (CX) Manager, the CX analyst will be responsible to research and keep abreast of current CX best practices and shares this with our team and stakeholders.  The successful candidate should be self-motivated, adaptable and familiar with analytic tools.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Works closely with our CX partners and peers to best leverage them in capturing, requesting and researching best in class practices and methodologies.
  • Collaborates with our Research team for competitor and customer CX analysis.
  • Manages and maintains customer journey maps and the ‘library’ of CX resources.
  • Supports our CX Program Specialists and team as required with internal business unit, customer and stakeholder programs and initiatives
  • Translates partner research into insights and supports the development of exceptional CX and  Marketing effectiveness
  • Monitor customer behavior trends and market shifts.
  • Prioritize and respond to analytics requests in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Utilize analytic tools.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Post Secondary education in a relevant field or relevant experience in a CX analyst role in a corporate environment.
  • Minimum of three years experience in supporting a team environment.
  • Proven experience working with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives; demonstrated outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; can apply theory and case studies to solve problems and add value.
  • Excellent MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint experience.  Preference will be given to those candidates with Visio and Sharepoint experience.
  • Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills
