Alberta Blue Cross® has a commitment to build awareness of our policies across the organization. As an employee, it’s up to you to read, understand and follow the policies that outline how we operate our business on a day-to-day basis.

Please review the following policies prior to your first day at Alberta Blue Cross®:

From there, you’ll have two weeks from your start date to review our other corporate policies and sign our full work agreement. You’ll get emails with instructions on where to find these policies and reminders when your deadline is approaching. The facilitator in your first-day orientation will also review this process.

Some of the other training you may be required to complete during your first two weeks includes

  • Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL),
  • Cyber Security Awareness, and
  • Privacy.
